Cushioning

When cushioning is prescribed in an Orthotic device it can take on a variety of specific purposes. Cushioning may be required for simply comfort of the wearer, for high performance impact absorption, for high strength (where high shear and tensile forces between foot and orthosis are likely) or for contouring and pressure relief (as in the case of rheumatoid, diabetic or ulcerative pathologies).

At Mason Grogan we have the technical expertise and many years of feedback on performance and use to guide you through the various product choices. Our aim is to clearly understand your specific needs so that the materials used to fabricate your orthotic meet your prescriptive and design intent for successful patient outcomes.
