We offer two ranges of foams to help product designers meet stringent ingress protection requirements. Our Polyurethane family AquaPro provides excellent protection in constant temperatures up to 90C. Our silicone urethane HT800 products provide excellent ingress protection in extreme environments with high temperatures (up to 200C), high humidity & UV conditions.

PORON AquaPro series foams are engineered to provide enhanced water sealing solutions. Available in a range of firmnesses to match closure force requirements and product design needs.

PORON AquaPro family is critical to achieving the desired IP rating and can be used effectively in products achieving the stringent IPX7 enclosure requirement.

Bisco Silicone HT800 provides a great water seal at minimum compression of 15% and is ideal for achieving long term sealing protection for any outdoor enclosures that are exposed to temperature, UV and Ozone extremes.
