This is a non woven impregnated material for rigid and semi-rigid toe puffs. Available with both EVA and PU (for use with oily leathers) adhesive coatings. Sintex® uses a long non woven spun bonded fibre which gives it greater resistance to breakages and cracking during lasting. Pneumatic pressing machine with heated curved plate, timer and thermostat is required to heat activate toe puff and upper.
