PUZO Realux® - Shell Forming


An excellent high density extremely durable material. It is available in a range of thicknesses for various device applications. It is buffed one side for easy gluing to other materials.

Thinner Realux® is used for protecting the underside of orthotics and forefoot extensions. Realux® also self-moulds for a customised fit within footwear.

Thicker Realux® is used for moulding complete shells and offers excellent forming, finishing and maintenance of finished shape

  • Durometer (Shore A): 90
  • Available in Skin (1.1mm, 2.0mm, 3.0mm, 6.0mm) and Black (1.1mm)
  • Sheet size: 400mm x 1000mm
