Die Ejection Rubber


Following 2 years of intensive research and development in close cooperation with major European machinery manufacturers, die makers and converters, Puzo has succeeded in developing an innovative elastomer with unique properties for the carton converting industry.

Polyron® Die Ejection Rubber. Now you need only 2 hardness's of this high end material to replace the full range of sponge rubbers in use.

Specially developed for todays high speed converting equipment Polyron® Die Ejection Rubber is much more consistent than cheaper sponge rubber alternatives and provides much faster recovery time. Another major advantages is that Polyron® is supplied premounted with a highly resistant self adhesive backing to eliminate messy and time consuming hand gluing when
mounting.
