Laser engraving provides finer screen sizes without sacrificing ink volumes.
Finer line screen and more precise ink transfer are requirements for printing higher quality graphics.
Laser engraved ceramic rolls run far longer while maintaining cell size integrity in spite of the abrasive combination of ink and doctor blade pressure.
