Furniture E-Leather is engineered leather which comes on rolls 30 metres long by 1.4 metres wide. E-Leather has developed two lightweight products specifically for the furniture industry. The contract upholstery product meets BS5852-2:2006-Crib 5 fire specifications and the domestic upholstery product meets EN1021 Parts 1 & 2 fire specifications. The E-Leather domestic upholstery can also be used to make Leather Goods such as wallets, promotional gear, business card holders and leather bound books.

Production
The production process uses recycled wet blue leather which is fiberised and then hydro-entangled through a mesh core without using adhesives.

95% of the process water is recycled and waste streams are converted into energy which is fed back into the process.

E-Leather has currently developed 48 colours and a wide selection of grains.
